On September 8, 2023, students from GETPPP embarked on a field trip to K-Water's Sihwa Lake Tidal Power Station.

During the visit, the students engaged in a comprehensive introduction to the Sihwa Lake Tidal Power Station and the principles behind tidal power generation through informative lectures. This provided them with a deeper understanding of the relevant industry.

They then proceeded to the tidal power observation room, where they had the opportunity to explore the interior of the power station and witness the practical application of the lecture content in a real-world setting.

To conclude their field trip, the students visited the Sihwa Narrae Dalt Observation Deck, where they had the chance to observe and learn about the Sihwa Lake Tidal Power Station and the Sihwa Tidal Barrage, concluding their educational field excursion.​
