Builds an academic foundation for energy-environment professionals by expanding their understanding of domestic and global energy · environment policies

Discusses economic solutions to environment-energy problems that have brought market failures, and analyzes economic legal impact of relevant policy schemes

Introduction to
Energy Engineering

Basic training in technology and policy aspects of energy engineering for students to be better qualified as global energy experts

Emphasizes basic energy concepts and theories, current technological issues on renewable energies, major energy conversion and storage technologies and high-efficiency energy technologies

Lectures by invited CEOs and experts in energy fields

Provides in-depth and practical understandings of energy policies and strategies at home and abroad with consideration of recent and potential changes in the global energy situations, thereby enabling students to better visualize their career options

GETPPP students should take Korean language course provided by Korea University Korean Language Center(KU KLC), a specialized educational institution of Korean language and culture. KU KLC also offers visiting and cultural experience programs

GETPPP students can take courses in English at KU GSIS (Graduate School of International Studies) or KU graduate school which deals with Korean economy, society, culture and so on.
