Realizing the Value of Peace through the History of War: Visit to Korean 

War Museum by GETPPP Students 

Students of the GETPPP (Global Energy Technology Policy Professionals Program) visited the War Museum in Seoul at 10 AM on May 12, 2023. The visit focused on giving the students an immersive experience of the history of the Korean War, allowing them to understand it more deeply.

The visit to the War Museum was a significant step for the students to understand both the past and the present of Korea. Through various exhibits, the students experienced the trials and hopes of the Korean people during the war period. GETPPP student Bhatta shared, "Through this visit, the students gained a deeper understanding of Korean history and realized the tragedy of war, which made us recognize the importance of peace once again."

This visit was part of the GETPPP program for students to experience and understand the history and culture of Korea. This provided the students with an opportunity to deepen their understanding between Korea and their home countries. Such experiences are expected to help them perform their roles more effectively in their home countries.
