On Friday, May 26, 2023, the 2023 GETPPP Annual Conference took place at the College of Political Science and Economics Building, Korea University. The conference aimed to facilitate the sharing of research from various fields related to the theme of Net-Zero Transition. Its primary objective was to enhance the understanding of GETPPP students (Global Energy Technology Policy Professional Program) regarding relevant policies and technologies.

Several students participated in the conference, including those from GETPPP and doctoral students from Korea University's College of Political Science and Economics, namely Sung-Yeon Kweon, Seon Ju Lee, Gayoung Song, Xia Chen, as well as Dafydd Philips from Yonsei University's Graduate School of International Studies. They delivered presentations on a diverse range of topics. The main presentation subjects included evaluating whether central banks' quantitative easing (QE) helps address climate risk, assessing the comprehensive components of charging infrastructure for Green mobility, and examining the economic, social, and institutional determinants of FDI inflows.

The presentations and feedback from the attending professors provided an opportunity to reevaluate the meaning of the conference's theme, "Toward Net-Zero Transition," from various perspectives. Additionally, the lively discussions among participants regarding their research topics offered a chance to broaden academic perspectives.
